Meeting Room A & B

Historian and genealogist Tina Beaird traces the three phases of the deadly influenza outbreak that began in March 1918, and killed 50 to 100 million people by its end in 1920.

She will cover both the military response (Army and Navy) and then the civilian and municipal response, as the flu raced through both the miliary and civilian populations in the US and around the world.
