Grades 6-12: Show us your Halloween costume this year!

The contest runs October 19-31. Multiple winners may be selected based on submissions. Winner will receive a $15 gift card to a place of their choice. 

Include your name, grade, home address, and a photo of your costume in an email to colson@fremontlibrary.org with the subject line ‘Teen Costume Contest'. Limit 1 submission per person.

We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up!

The Fremont Public Library District encompasses parts of Mundelein, Grayslake, Hawthorn Woods, Libertyville, Round Lake, Round Lake Park, and Wauconda.
