Grades K-5 with an adult. Register each child attending. Partner up with your child for a relaxing yoga class designed to help your child discover their "superpower" of regulating their own emotions and calming their bodies through movement and breath.

Bring your own yoga mat or towel. 

All participants must be at least 5 years old. Siblings outside of the designated age range are not allowed to attend for safety reasons.
