Dr. Nathan Fite of The Anxiety Treatment Center of Greater Chicago will provide parents with insight into the biological and psychological underpinnings of anxiety disorders.
Upwards of 25% of children will have a diagnosable anxiety disorder by age 18 and yet the majority of children do not have access to our most effective treatments.
This presentation by Dr. Nathan Fite of The Anxiety Treatment Center of Greater Chicago will provide parents with insight into the biological and psychological underpinnings of anxiety disorders.
They will also learn about the gold standard behavioral and pharmacological treatments and become aware of how to identify key symptoms.
Finally, parents will be given practical advise on effective parenting strategies to mediate anxiety and promote resilience within their children.
