Art journaling is used to express your emotions, manage stress and explore creativity. Bring an art journal or use supplies provided. Fremont cardholders only.
Art journaling is a method that combines writing with doodling, painting and mark making. It’s a wonderful way to express your emotions. It can also be a technique for combating anxiety and managing stress. Bring an art journal and create several pages during the workshop from art instructor Jennifer Evans.
If you don't have a journal, we will provide sheets of mixed media paper for you to make individual pages, which can be worked into your art journal at a later time. Materials used: acrylic paint, water-soluble crayons, ink, stencils, collage, markers.
Fremont cardholders only.
