Offered through the Alzheimer's Association of Illinois, this support group creates a safe, confidential, supportive environment or community and a chance for participants to develop informal mutual support and social relationships. The group's goal is to educate and inform participants about dementia and help participants develop methods and skills to solve problems.
This caregiver support group meets the 4th Tuesday of each month at 2:00 p.m. There is no December meeting.
The Fremont Public Library District encompasses parts of Mundelein, Grayslake, Hawthorn Woods, Libertyville, Round Lake, Round Lake Park, and Wauconda. The library is located in Mundelein, half a mile north of Rte.176 on Midlothian Road.
