All ages. Drop in or register for a reminder. How did the signing of the Declaration of Independence affect the Native American people? How did the government and its people view Native Americans, and what were the consequences of those views? Join award-winning Ojibwa author, Kim Sigafus, who will discuss how Native people once lived, worked the land, raised their children, and explain what was lost of their culture as western expansion took place. You will have the chance to learn music, drum, sing, and play Native American instruments.
