Join acclaimed cookbook author Anupy Singla for a discussion and demonstration on how the right spice can add flavor and nutrition to all your food, especially Indian.

She will walk you through the basic spices needed to make delicious homemade Indian cuisine and show you how to use the same spices to enhance popular dishes.

With a sprinkle of turmeric powder you can reduce inflammation and with a pinch of cumin seed add iron to your diet. Tasty samples will be provided.

Anupy will be selling copies of her cookbook following the program.
