"Stitches in Time" is the story of quilting and how the craft has evolved from ancient times through colonial days and the Victorian era into the most important form of American folk art.
Tradition and superstition have played an important role in the world of quilting; it was a tradition that a bride should have thirteen quilts when she married, each quilt with its own story to tell.
Those stories will be shared by Marge Edwards, president of the Dundee Township Historical Society, as, one by one, the quilts are unfolded and spread out for all to see.
